Sofisticated techniques for an unique project
Requirements relating to design from our client for commercial and residential projects are vary and often more complex than common residential projects.
Therefore, those joinery are higher level of technics and spend longer time to design and craft the custom cut frame than standard ones.
We use different 3D-CAD systemsto design and plan frames from standard joinery. Also those works are carried out by CNC production and Hand Cut in our craft shop.
We are involved in various types of project, Garden sculptures, Barns, Chapels, Dome frames, Trusses, Hab frames ( octagon, hexagon, pentagon,…), Sharp angled beams, sign board etc.
Complex Wood Joint
As solution for projects required complicated shape of mortise-and-tenon joint and other special shape of joinery for post-and- beam timber frame, we design and craft them with hsbCAD system and combination of a CNC machine and hand cut to assist for achievement of your dream project.

Timber construction for a commercial or a public building project often employ heavy-duty customized steel connectors with drift pins which cutting shapes, hole location and size are vary. In order to craft slots and holes and other shapes of joinery in accurate position on large cross section and long length of timber, we optimize 5 axis CNC centers with various tools (e.g. drills, router bits, chain saw and motiser) and hand crafting works for the joinery creation.

Decorative wood work
We provide non structural and more decorative wood working products from living related parts like staircases, kichen tops to a Japanese traditional design work as lantern holder in shrines and temples.
Our talented designers and craft’s staff optimise CNC machines to create more challenging shapes and joinery. But those works are usually required some carpentary works to finish. We combine both machine craft and hand craft to complete them.
The challange expands our product range and adding value to maintain the competitive advantage.
